- Maintain organized records of estimates and project documentation.
- Stay updated on industry trends and pricing to ensure competitive estimates.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and estimating software.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Prior internship or experience in construction estimating is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
